Holy Spirit Association et al v. Lambert C. Mims et al*

Abstract

The Holy Spirit Association filed suit against the City of Mobile and the commissioners of the City of Mobile in August 1978. The suit alleged that a city ordinance involving religious fund raising was unconstitutional. The suit was settled in October 1978.
