Archives Services and Policies

• University Archives materials do not circulate.

• Archives staff will make photocopies for patrons if photocopying will not damage the document. Please see Reproduction Services page for prices.

• We make prints for patrons from our photographic collections. Prices are available on our Photographic Services page.

• We ask researchers to contact us prior to their anticipated arrival so that we can determine what collections are needed, assure that they will be available, and explain any restrictions which might apply.

• For researchers who are unable to visit the archives, nominal fees are charged for manuscript and photographic requests that require archives staff to conduct research. Please see our Research Fees page for prices.
