I have worked in Admissions for over five years and I am lucky to be able to go to a job that I love every day. I consider myself fortunate to be able to spend my days sharing with students all of the incredible opportunities available to at South Alabama. As a Regional Admissions Officer based in Shelby County, I have the unique opportunity to be more available to my students and families when they need me. When I am not working with students, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three dogs and two cats. I also enjoy watching way too much, reading too many books, hiking, traveling and fostering animals waiting for their forever homes at the local shelter. I am looking forward to working with you as you search for your collegiate home.

Thing to do on campus
Catching up with my students to hear about their time on campus. I love to hear about all of the ways that students are making South their own.
Place on campus
The Rec Center is the best. I am working up the courage to summit the rock wall but for now the pool is my favorite.
Thing about USA
The diversity of our students. Everyone brings a unique perspective and set of life experiences to South and we are all the better for it.
Thing to do in Mobile
Mardi Gras but if you aren’t visiting during Mardi Gras, make sure to check out the great restaurants on Daulphin St.
My favorite books change almost as quickly as I finish a book, but the books that have stayed with me the longest and had the greatest impact are To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee and Calling Me Home by Julie Kibler.
