Office of AdmissionsWhether you are an incoming freshman, transfer, graduate, or international student, the Office of Admissions is there to assist you in the admissions process.
Office of the Registrar 
The Office of the Registrar exists to support the University community by providing information about and services related to academic programs and degree requirements, registration and enrollment verification, and maintenance of permanent academic records for students, faculty, staff and external constituencies.
Division of Enrollment ServicesThe Division of Enrollment Services oversees Presidential, Bay Area Freshman, and Transfer Scholarships, emergency student loans, and student employee policies. Other offices in the Division of Enrollment Services include: Admissions, New Student Recruitment, International Admissions, Career Development, and New Student Orientation.
Immigration and International Admissions The University of South Alabama’s Immigration and International Admissions is a fully staffed office devoted exclusively to our nearly 900 international students representing over 100 countries!
Division of Student Affairs The Division of Student Affairs is committed to providing services and creating a supportive campus environment which fosters engagement, academic success, and personal development within a diverse community of learners. Services and offices include – Dean of Students Office, Counseling and Testing, Campus Recreation, Housing, Dining, Multicultural Student Affairs, Disability Services, SGA, and more.
Career DevelopmentCareer Development hosts many career events and workshops throughout the fall and spring semesters as well as during the summer. Check out their calendar of events for details about career-related activities across all four campuses.

Attend face-to-face seminars on various topics to provide prospective graduate students with tools and resources to be a successful graduate school applicant.

The University reserves the right to make changes as required in course offerings, curricula, academic policies, and other rules and regulations affecting students, to be effective whenever determined by the University. These changes will govern current and former students. Interpretations of these policies will be made by the appropriate University authorities, keeping in mind the interests of the students and the University. Enrollment of all students is subject to these conditions.
