Student Organization Leadership Day (SOLD)

SOLD, hosted by the Office of Student Activities, introduces resources available to student organizations on campus. One OFFICER from your organization is required to attend an entire event (we cannot count your attendance if you leave early!) in order to be considered as a registered student organization for the academic year. You cannot represent more than one organization at a time. Organizations are encouraged to send an officer responsible for funding, event planning, marketing, or meeting facilitation. 

The Student Organization Leadership Workshop agenda includes updating student organizations on process and procedure changes in the Office of Student Activities that impacts student organization business, identifies resources that organizations need to know to be successful, outlines the annual re-recognition process and timeline, and highlights important policies and procedures. Breakout sessions will include a variety of topics including finances, leader development, event planning, and advisor development.
