Goals for the Year
I have three significant goals for the 2009 – 2010 academic year:

Increase the positive visibility and involvement of the faculty in all relevant aspects of the university. |
| 2. |
Increase the degree of faculty governance and “self-direction” of the USA faculty. |
| 3. |
Review and improve the Senate structure, by-laws, and processes. |
