Education: B.S., University of South Alabama; M.S., Mississippi State University

Interests: I love teaching all aspects of earth science. Each May I am lucky enough to co-lead the Severe Storms Evaluation Field Methods class, where we take USA students stormchasing. I feel very fortunate to be teaching in the same department where I received my undergraduate education. My past research includes biometeorology and climatology, with an emphasis on extreme heat and how it influences daily death count in metropolitan areas.
