The Geography curriculum is designed to give the non-major a background in earth science and the human impact on the landscape as part of a general education. Geography 101 and 102 can be used to fulfill part of the Alabama general education requirement for natural science courses with labs. GEO 114 and GEO 115 can be used to satisfy part of the state social science requirement.
