When submitting a printing order you are requested to complete a Printing Request Form. This form provides our staff with the important information needed to complete your order exactly as you request. You will find a link to this form (which you can submit over the internet) on the left panel of this website. It is accessible to you at all times.

All information you provide on the Printing Request Form is transferred to a work order and given a job number that enables us to track the order throughout the production process. It is through this information that the production areas within Publication Services become involved. Please be as clear and accurate as possible in supplying this information. If you are in doubt about the functions you may require, our front office personnel will be happy to assist you.
