| As the University grows and develops, its
contact with foreign institutions increases. Many
of our students and faculty study and travel
abroad and it is the mission of the Office of
International Education and Development that
they have a rewarding experience. It is our view
that working and studying abroad prepares one to
participate in a global economy. |

The Office of International Education and Development, an administrative unit of Academic
Affairs Division, is responsible for the coordination

activities include the preparation and administration
of grant projects designed to expand and improve the
University's international outreach. International Education serves as University liaison for external
private and public agencies engaged in international
education.
