Dr. Hanks' research includes case studies of family/organization linkage, and she has experience with design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research on work and family, grandparenting, caregiving, retirement, decision making, and applied ethics. Her current research focuses on intergenerational relationships and program evaluation. Recent professional activities include:
