Dates of Operation
Conference Housing availability each year is based on USA’s academic calendar. For 2016, housing availability begins Monday, May 23rd and ends on Saturday, July
23rd. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests in August as our staff is preparing
the halls and apartments for the school year.
Conference Housing reservation requests generally begin being submitted in November for the following summer. Groups are encouraged to submit their reservation request as soon as possible as space fills quickly! Once the reservation request has been submitted and reviewed by Conference Housing, a pre-conference invoice will be generated and emailed to the group coordinator. This pre-conference invoice will offer a breakdown of the total anticipated cost for your conference's stay with us. The group coordinator will be asked to review the document at your earliest convenience. The priority deadline to return signed pre-conference invoices will be May 1, 2016 in order to guarantee accommodations. Before beginning your request process, please review the Conference Housing Guide which includes all the need to know information (i.e. encouraged timeline, policies, procedures, etc.).
Groups whose participants are of pre-college age must provide and pay associated costs for live-in, adult advisors/chaperones. We require a ratio of at least one adult for every ten (10) participants.
