Dates of Operation
Conference Housing availability is based on USA’s academic calendar. For 2015, housing availability begins Monday, May 18th and ends on Thursday, July
23rd. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests in August as our staff is preparing
the halls and apartments for the school year.
The Conference Housing Reservation Request Form will be made available to groups in early November. Reservations will continue to be accepted through April. Pre-Conference Invoices will begin to be generated and sent to groups for return in early March, depending on when the request for housing was submitted.
Conference Housing reservations are generally requested beginning in mid-February. Accommodations are not guaranteed until a Pre-Conference Invoice has been signed by an authorized group representative and returned to the Conference Housing Coordinator. The Pre-Conference Invoice will be generated after Conference Housing has received your group’s completed Reservation Request Form and will include the minimum financial obligations expected after your group’s stay with us. Before beginning your request process, please review the Summer Conference Guide which includes all the need to know information (i.e. encouraged timeline, policies, procedures, etc.).
Groups whose participants are of pre-college age must provide and pay associated costs for live-in, adult advisors/chaperones. We require a ratio of at least one adult for every ten (10) participants.
