As a student, you have a wealth of choices to choose from when it comes to on-campus housing. There are six different Housing Communities available to you: Beta/Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, New Hall, Stokes Hall, and Fraternity & Sorority Housing. Each type of housing has its own unique set of features & floor plans. Whether your plans include taking classes the entire academic year or simply during the spring or summer semesters, you can find housing with us on-campus. Housing & Residence Life is sensitive to the needs of our residents, & we make every effort to make your experiences on-campus the best that they can be.

Residence Life staff is in the building & available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Resident Assistants, Community Directors, Desk Assistants, & Area Coordinators. Remember, just one charge a semester covers your campus post office box, electricity, water/sewer, heat/air, expanded basic cable TV, Ethernet & Wireless Internet access, garbage service, pest control, 24/7 maintenance response serviceaccommodation furnishings, and unlimited access to laundry facilities!

Northwest Area
The Northwest Area consist of three communities: Delta, New Hall, and Stokes Hall. The five buildings provide traditional, non-traditional, and suite-style housing for more than 1,200 students.

Southeast Area
The Southeast Area consists of three communities: Beta/Gamma, Epsilon, and Fraternity & Sorority Housing. The 27 buildings provide traditional, non-traditional, and suite-style housing for more than 1,000 students.
