▼   Where is the box office?
The box office is located inside the Mitchell Center at the south entrance.
▼   What time does the box office open?
Normal business hours for the box office are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
▼   Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. The Mitchell Center accepts most major credit cards at all ticket windows and concessions.
▼   Do you have an ATM?
Yes. The ATM is located on the south concourse.
▼   What is your camera policy?
The camera policy varies by event. Video and audio recording devices are not permitted in the Mitchell Center
▼   Does the Mitchell Center have accessible seating?

Guests arriving in their own wheelchair may access the facility at the south entrance on non-event days. On days of an event, wheelchair access is located at the south and east entrances of the Mitchell Center.

▼   How can I purchase accessible seating?

The Mitchell Center is in compliance with the ADA. Please contact the Mitchell Center Box Office to purchase tickets by phone (251) 460-6047 or in person at the Mitchell Center.

Parking is available in all areas surrounding the Mitchell Center for special events. There are 450 parking spaces on the immediate site of the facility. There are 2,000 spaces located within a 5-minute walk and an additional 2,000 parking spaces within a 10-minute walk.

▼   When do doors open?

Generally, doors will open one hour before the start of an event. This is subject to change based on each event.
